Zurich recruits Platforum head of adviser platforms

Zurich has hired The Platforum’s head of adviser platforms Freddie Findlater as retail marketing communication manager.

Findlater, who has been with the consultancy since 2008, will join the Zurich platform in October.

He says: “It was a very difficult decision to leave such a fantastic business. Having spent six years at The Platforum, I’ve seen it transition from a start-up consultancy practice, to one of the most respected businesses in the industry. I’m also excited that the opportunity at Zurich presents a new challenge for me at this early stage of my career.”

Zurich head of retail David White adds: “I am delighted Freddie is joining Zurich’s retail marketing team. He brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge of the platform market and will help us further develop our communication programme for advisers.”

The Platforum is owned by Centaur Media, publisher of Money Marketing.
