Yorkshire launches new fixed rate mortgage

Yorkshire Bank is launching a mortgage fixed at 5.6 per cent for 12 months, with no extended penalty period.

The mortgage is available to new and existing customers, for both residential and buy-to-let mortgages, and carries an arrangement fee of £350.

Yorkshire general manager of personal finances (Great Britain) Paul Fegan says: “We have a strong record of innovation with our mortgage products and this is yet another great example of providing real value to our customers and to the market.”
