Tracker term: Until September 30, 2013

Tracker rate: 1.79% above the Bank of England base rate

Payable rate: 2.29%

Fixed term: Until September 30, 2016

Fixed rate: 4.09%

Minimum loan: £25,001

Maximum loan: Up to 85% of valuation subject to a maximum of £1m

Income multiples: Based on affordability

Conditions: Capital repayments of up to 10% a year allowed within the tracker and fixed term periods

Arrangement fee: £800 completion fee plus £195 application fee

Redemption fee: 5% of the amount repaid in the first three years, 4% in year four, 3% in year five  plus £90 mortgage fee
