Winterthur enters into partnership with Capita

Winterthur Life UK has entered into a strategic partnership with The Capita Group which will see the support company acquire the share capital of Personal Pension Management Limited for an undisclosed sum.

Winterthur chief executive Mike Kellard says: “We have chosen Capita because today it has the highest level of expertise in both the open and closed administration in the life and pensions market, which will be a huge benefit to PPML&#39s offering as it goes forward.”
