Do you have clients who are complex?

Complex Prime is the fastest-growing sector in the mortgage market and is currently worth £32bn a year. It refers to all those unusual mortgage cases (that are not adverse credit) that do not fit standard lending criteria.

Research has shown that one in five people fall into this sector and they are predominantly higher-net-worth clients. The most common reason for a client being classed as Complex Prime is that they have difficulty proving their total income, for example, those clients whose income comes from many different sources such as investments, trust funds, rent or pensions.

But Complex Prime is not just about the type of client, it is about a lending philosophy. It&#39s all about thinking outside the box to provide a solution by taking an individual and holistic approach to each case.
