Will quits Accord

Accord Mortgages managing director Linda Will is leaving the company.

The surprise move will see Yorkshire Building Society national branch and agency network manager Charles Canning step into Will’s role.

Will has been Accord’s managing director since its launch in April 2003 and YBS says she has played a central role in leading the company’s successful development as a strong, well regarded player in the intermediary mortgage market.

YBS chief executive Iain Cornish says: “Linda’s contribution to Accord cannot be overstated. Her success in developing Accord since its launch as a stand-alone brand follows many other achievements in her time at the Yorkshire, including the launch of our e-commerce operations and management of the marketing function.”
