Widows for Thinc panel

Thinc Destini has added Scottish Widows to its multi-tie panel, bringing the number of providers to seven.

Widows will offer Thinc Destini’s multi tied advisers a range of individual pensions, corporate pensions and protection products.

The company joins panel members Axa, Clerical Medical, Friends Provident, Legal & General, Prudential, Scottish Equitable and Standard Life.

Widows distribution development director Richard Anderson says: “This comes on the back of considerable investment in our core prop- osition for the intermediary channel. We believe that this is an attractive proposition, and we look forward to working in partnership with Thinc Destini.”

Thinc Destini group chief executive Simon Chamberlain says: “This addition to our panel demonstrates our commitment to build and also regularly review a multi tie prop- osition that delivers the wid- est choice to our clients. We believe that the addition of Scottish Widows will ensure that we continue to fulfil our clients’ needs. We will always strive to support product providers who can demonstrate to us they are committed to improving service levels to the consumer.”
