White Rose deregistered from MCCB

White Rose Mortgages has been deregistered from the Mortgage Code Compliance Board, as MCCB officials were refused permission to visit the York based company’s offices to ensure that it met membership criteria.

White Rose Mortgages is the first mortgage broker to have its registration cancelled for four years.

The MMCB says move effectively means that the firm has left the industry, as it says that around 99 per cent of lenders only accept business from registered firms.
