West Bromwich Building Society rejects Hardern


West Bromwich Building Society has thrown out a conversion resolution proposed by carpetbagger in chief Michael Hardern.


The motion supported by 50 West Brom members, proposed the society takes steps toward demutualisation.


But the society has rejected the resolution following legal advice that it was invalid.
