Well done Axa Equity & Law

Unfortunately, we are an industry in turmoil and we seem to lurch

from one disaster to another.

One of the most annoying things, among many, is the decline in

standards of administration by the various life offices, some, of

course, being far worse than others.

Most of us are quick to complain but usually slow to praise. I would

just like to take this opportunity through your column to readdress

the balance slightly and offer my praise to Axa Equity & Law.

In 1992, I sold a life policy to clients who still remain loyal

clients of mine. Sadly, the wife recently passed away.

I contacted Axa on January 27 this year and advised them of the situation.

The next day (January 28),I received a letter of condolence from them

along with the claim form.

I met with the client on January 29, completed the necessary

documents and returned them to Axa the same day. I duly received a

letter from them dated January 30, which I received in my office on

January 31, stating that they had paid the proceeds of the claim

directly in to my client&#39s bank account.

The claims assessor and claims administrator who dealt with this were

Alison Olner and Mrs M Campanella respectively, who I feel deserve a

special mention.

Well done Axa Equity & Law and thank you from a very satisfied IFA.
