Type: Adverse credit fixed rate mortgage

Fixed term: Three years

Fixed rate: 7.18%

Minimum loan: £25,000

Maximum loan: Up to 75% of valuation subject to a maximum of £500,000

Income multiples: Based on affordability

Conditions: Up to £250 in CCJs/defaults in last three years but none in the last six months, no arrears in the last 12 months, bankruptcy/IVA not accepted, capital repayments of up to £5,000 a year allowed without penalty, free standard legal fees for remortgages

Arrangement fee: 2% of the original loan

Redemption fee: 6% of the amount repaid in year one, 5% in year two, 4% in year three

Introducer’s fee: Full status applications 0.35% of original loan, self-cert 0.5%, let-to-buy 0.5%

Recovery position
