Walker Crips Structured Investments – Five-Year Annual Growth Plan – Issue One

Type: Capital-protected bond

Aim: Growth linked to the performance of the FTSE 100 index

Minimum-maximum investment: £5,000-£1m

Term: Five years

Return: Option one – 8% growth at the end of year one if index is at or
above its initial value, 16% at the end of year two, 24% at the end of year
three, 32% at the end of year four or 40& at the end of year five, option
two, 30% growth at the end of year three if index is at or above its
initial value, 40% at the end of year four or 50% at the end of year five

Guarantee: Options one and two – original capital returned in full at the
end of the term provided the index does not fall by more than 50% without returning to at least its initial value
