Return: 8% growth plus original capital provided the indices are at or above their initial values at the end of year one, 16% growth plus original capital provided the indices are at or above their initial values at the end of year two, 24% growth plus original capital provided the indices are at or above their initial values at the end of year three, 32% growth plus original capital provided the indices are at or above their initial values at the end of year four, 40% growth plus original capital provided the indices are at or above their initial values at the end of year five or 38% at the end of year six

Protection: Original capital returned at the end of the term provided one or both indices do not fall by more than 50% by the final day of the term
