Walker Crips makes income debut

Walker Crips has launched its first three-year fixed income structured product.

There is an early bird offer for investments made prior to the closing date of interest of 1 per cent per annum.

The plan is suitable for investors who wish to achieve a high annual rate of return and are prepared to accept a defined degree of risk. The three-year plan will pay a fixed income payment of 7 per cent gross a year.

The original capital is protected provided the FTSE 100 does not fall by more the 50 per cent at any point during the investment term. If the index does fall over 50 per cent and then subsequently fails to recover to its initial starting level, then the original capital is lost is on a one to one basis.
