Vision Network head of marketing Payam Azadi says the delay is due to the network upgrading its commission system, which he says is “going to take another couple of weeks to go through”.
Azadi says: “We understand it is Christmas but it is probably the best time for us to upgrade our systems because it is going to be less busy.”
In an email sent to members last month, Vision director Chris May said: “I would like to assure you that all cases are being dealt with and all commission will be paid without exception, as this is exclusively a system difficulty.”
A further update is due to be sent out later this week.
One broker, who says that he is owed £6,000 in commission, says: “It claims to be the biggest network but it is failing to treat their lifeline, which is us, properly.”
