Virgin One reacts swiftly to rate cut

Virgin Direct is cutting its rates by 0.25 per cent in line with the Bank of England&#39s base rate cut.


Virgin One managing director Jayne-Anne Gadhia says: &#34We wanted to be among the first to pass this good news on to our customers because we are committed to giving them the very best value for money.&#34


Virgin One&#39s interest is calculated daily allowing the mortgage and savings account to react rapidly to changes in interest rates.
