Vertex picks duo for board

Vertex has appointed two divisional directors to sit on its main operating board.

Vertex Life Pensions and Distribution managing director David Child and Vertex Mortgages and Banking managing director David Edwards will join the main board, which is led by chief executive Richard Graham.

Child is also managing director of The Exchange, which he joined in 2003 as chief operating officer.

He says: “This is an exciting time for the financial services market and, in particular, the adviser sector. In the past few months, we have won some excellent new accounts and launched more innovative services both for our portal and back-office clients.”


Investec warns on Kensington’s profits
