UCB retains network&#39s award for best service

UCB Home Loans won the award for best lender service at mortgage network The Mortgage Power&#39s fifth annual awards at Northolt, Middlesex last week.

It is the third year running that UCB Home Loans has won the award, presented at a ceremony attended by Mayor of Ealing Ranjit Dheere and Mayor of Hounslow Mohinder Gill.

Ocaso received the award for best insurer service for the second year running and Pip Associates adviser Anant Kumar retained the title of champion of The Mortgage Power for the second consecutive year.

UCB Home Loans business development manager John Dwyer won the award for best business development manager for the fourth consecutive year.

TMP chairman Hardyal Luther says the network, formed in 1996, now intends to form a panel of solicitors to service members&#39 clients.

Luther says: “We also package and our collaboration with Southern Pacific Mortgages is becoming stronger. We are now keen to package for more lenders, especially prime lenders.”
