UCB launches brace of products

UCB Home Loans will launch two new exclusive products in partnership with some of its national accounts next week.

The first, a two year Flexible Fixed Rate at 5.55 per cent, is available exclusively for a limited period to members of Openwork, Premier Mortgage Service and Personal Touch Financial Services.

The product has a minimum loan size of £150,000 and benefits from a free standard valuation on all remortgage cases. It is available up to 85 per cent loan to value, is portable and has no extended tie in after the initial benefit period.

The lender is also launching a two year Flexible Tracker Rate at 5.19 per cent exclusively for members of Pink Home Loans and Mortgage Next.

The product has a minimum loan size of £150,000, and offers a free standard valuation on all purchase and remortgage cases. It is available up to 85 per cent loan to value and borrowers can make unlimited overpayments.
