Payable rate: 5.49 per cent.

Minimum loan: £25,000.

Maximum loan: Loans of up to 50 per cent of valuation subject to a

maximum of £750,000, 51-70 per cent subject to a maximum of

£500,000, 71-80 per cent subject to a maximum of £300,000, 81-85

per cent subject to a maximum of £200,000.

Income multiples: 3.25 times principal income plus second or 2.75

times joint.

Features: Lump sum withdrawal, overpayments, underpayments,

payment holidays, interest calculated daily.

Arrangement fee: £295.

Redemption fee: Four months&#39 interest on amount repaid in year one,

three months&#39 interest in year two.

Conditions: None.
