Minimum loan: £25,000.

Maximum loan: Loans of up to 75 per cent of valuation subject to a

maximum of £400,000, 76-80 per cent subject to a maximum of

£300,000.

Income multiples: 3.25 times principal income plus second or 2.75

times joint.

Arrangement fee: £495.

Redemption fee: Six months&#39 interest on amount repaid in years one

to three, five months&#39 interest in year four, four months&#39 interest in year

five.
