Two MX packages simplify sourcing of staff benefits

MX Financial Solutions is offering two new employee benefits packages, MX Flex and MX Select.

MX Select allows employees to choose from a range of benefits with leading providers. Under MX Flex, employees can pick from a range of benefits paid for from an allowance allocated by the employer.

Benefits available under MX Select include PHI, dental cover, life insurance, car and home insurance, savings, investments and independent financial advice, as well as shopping vouchers and wine offers.

There is also a “compare and buy” service which allows employees to find the best deal on personal finance products including mortgages, personal loans, credit cards and bank accounts. Research by the group indicates this service alone can save the client an average of £1,800 a year.

The package aims to provide a low-cost way for employers to enhance employee benefits with minimum administration and a high level of flexibility.

MX Select will be launched later this month, with MX Flex following before the end of the year. The two packages will be available separately or as a combined package.

Corporate director Chris Metz: “Many employers are finding existing benefit schemes costly and time-consuming to source and administer. Also, they are keen to offer their employees flexibility and choice. Our new schemes meet these needs.”
