Turner-Holmes joins Resolution

Resolution Life has appointed Skandia’s Alison Turner-Holmes as head of marketing for its UK new business division and will join in early 2007.

Turner-Holmes is currently protection marketing manager at Skandia and in her new role will lead the marketing team for Scottish Provident products for intermediaries and products for Abbey customers.

Previously, Turner-Holmes has worked at Pegasus Assurance with the architect of critical illness cover Dr Marius Barnard and she moved to Scottish Mutual following its takeover of Pegasus.

Later she helped to incorporate the Scottish Provident brand into the company after its acquisition and two years ago she joined Skandia’s protection team.

Resolution head of UK new business Adam Walton says: “Resolution is strongly committed to growing new business through our relationship with Abbey. Alison is a proven marketing professional who brings great experience of protection products, which are at the core of our offering through Abbey, so she will play a key role in reinvigorating our proposition to the market.”
