TSB leads ethical trust stakes

Lloyds TSB&#39s Environmental Investor Trust is the leading performer of the 25 unit trusts listed in November&#39s ethical unit trust investors&#39 guide.


Environmental Investor is marginally outperforming the FTSE All Share Trust in both one year and five year figures.


Micropal says there is now £1.3 bn invested in ethical trusts compared with £947m in 1997.


Figures from the OEICS Yearbook suggest that the average five-year performance figure for ethical trusts is slightly higher than the average figure for all UK trusts.
