Trio of discounted deals from Exclusive

Mortgage packaging network Exclusive Connections is offering three discount loans in partnership with specialist lender Mortgage Express.

The products are distributed solely through Exclusive Connections, which offers a national service to IFAs and other mortgage intermediaries, with a negotiable introducer fee.

The first mortgage has an interest rate of 4.1 per cent and offers a discount of 1.85 per cent until June 30, 2004. An admin fee of £399 is payable by the client.

The second loan is at 4.23 per cent and has a 1.72 per cent discount until June 30, 2004. It offers a free valuation and £300 cashback towards legal fees. The same admin fee applies.

The third loan has a rate of 4.55 per cent with a 1.4 per cent discount until July 31, 2004. It also includes the free valuation and cashback.

Minimum loan in all cases is £15,001 for a purchase and £25,001 for a remortgage. Maximum loan to value is 95 per cent.

Managing director Patrick Day says: “These headlining discounted mortgages are sure to grab the attention of the mortgage market, especially with the variety of rates and incentives available.”
