Trio move up at ECS

Sheffield insurance broker ECS has made three appointments to its financial advice team.

Martin Parnham becomes a senior financial planner at the firm. He has worked as an IFA and pension consultant and is one of the first advisers in Sheffield to pass the pension simplification assessment from the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Kelly White has been promoted to protection executive and will head the mortgage services department. She has been at ECS for two years and has been in financial services for a decade. She will be advising on corporate protection, shareholder protection and keyperson cover for corporate risk management. White will also promote independent mortgage advice and private medical insurance, newly available at ECS.

Jennifer Broadhead joins as a senior financial planner from Standard Life where she was an employee communications consultant.

The company has 50 staff. Financial services business development director Stuart Humphreys says: “Our financial services team has grown rapidly over the past three years and we are delighted to welcome three highly experienced new staff.”
