Mortgage broker network The Mortgage Power held its fourth annual awards ceremony last month.
Chief guest Bill Cherry, managing director of sub-prime lender Southern Pacific Mortgages, gave away 19 awards for achievement to the highest-producing members.
Champion of The Mortgage Power was judged to be Anant Kumar, of PIP Associates in Wembley, who produced the highest levels of insurance and mortgage business.
The award for the best member for mortgage business went to Dinesh Shonch-hatra of Imperial Financial Services in Harrow.
Nationwide subsidiary UCB Home Loans won the best service lender award for the second year.
Speaking at the ceremony, TMP chairman Hardyal Luther said he welcomed any further associations to push the network forward.
He said: “Whereas we intend to increase tremendously the volume of business in the following year, we will put special emphasis on promoting adverse-credit lending, buy to let, household insurance and critical illness.”
