TMO offering £100 incentive to enlist new members

The Mortgage Operation is launching a new membership drive in an attempt to swell the ranks of its IFA introducers.

The initiative will see existing members rewarded with a £100 payment for introducing new members to the mortgage packager.

The move follows TMO research which suggests its members are more than happy to recommend the company to other intermediaries.

TMO will make an initial payment of £50 to the introducer when the new member submits their first loan application form. The balance of £50 will be paid when TMO are in receipt of the second application.

New members will not initially be charged the £200 joining fee. But this will be deducted from their commission in the form of two payments.

The packager is also planning to enter new members into a grand Christmas draw in which they stand to win a weekend for two in Paris.
