TMO launches Emerald Mortgage

The Mortgage Operation has launched a one years discount rate mortgage.


The Emerald Mortgage funded by Bank of Ireland Mortgages offers borrowers a 3.6 per cent discount until June 1, 2000.


The current payable rate is 3.5 per cent for loans up to 95 per cent loan to value.


The early redemption penalty is 4.5 per cent until June 1, 2004 and the procuration fee is £400.
