TMO introduce speedy mortgage

THE NATIONAL mortgage network The Mortgage Operation (TMO) has launched a new mortgage package for clients whose choice is driven by speed and efficiency.

The Options mortgage is funded by West Bromwich Building Society and offers a rapid five day to mortgage offer service.

The package has a 3% discount for two years with an initial payable rate of 4.74%(7.74APR).

As an alternative TMO offers a stepped discount of 1.75% in the first year followed by 1.25% discount in year two with just 1 month’s interest as a redemption charge at any time.

Both packages offer light reference requirements with no credit scoring and a flat £75 valuation fee

TMO’s service is available through IFAs, estate-agents, accountants and solicitors.

There is a £500 procuration fee for advisers
