TMO hands out a marketing toolbox

The Mortgage Operation is offering marketing tools to IFAs to promote

their firms and compete against the big operations in the mortgage

industry.

The TMO marketing toolbox is being made available to the company&#39s 7,500

registered brokers. It includes information on mortgage providers and

gives them marketing help.

Marketing director Josh Cooper says: “Generally speaking, TMO&#39s 7,500

clients do not have the deep pockets that the high-street players do. This

allows them to compete with the high-street lenders on a more even

footing.”

The toolbox, called TMOS, helps IFAs in designing pamphlets, flyers,

newsletters and other forms of literature they can download off the net.

These marketing aides can then be tailored for a specific firm or

individual and include their own logo or letterhead as well as information

about their particular services.

TMO is also negotiating a deal with a big printing company that will print

literature for brokers. This is also available over the internet and will

be delivered within 24 hours.

Cooper says: “We are trying to provide IFAs with a whole raft of marketing

material to assist in promoting themselves and their firm.”
