Tisa policy director Malcolm Small is stepping down from the organisation next year.
Small has been with the organisation for six years. He will leave in February to focus on his other existing roles as pensions policy adviser at the Institute of Directors and chairman of technology firm Altus.
Small says: “I have had a very enjoyable six years with Tisa and I will be rooting for them down the track. It has a strong senior management in place and is currently involved in a number of key projects.”
Tisa director general Tony Vine-Lott says: “We brought Malcolm in when we were really just looking at Isas. In his time with us Malcolm has been a real driver behind our expansion. We are sorry to see him go and would like to thank him for his exceptional work.”
Vine-Lott says Tisa plans to recruit a replacement in the new year.
