Threesixty signs deal with The Insurance Surgery

threesixty has secured a deal with The Insurance Surgery offering its clients specialist risks insurance.

The Insurance Surgery has sourced life insurance and other financial products for clients in special risk areas, such as pre-existing medical conditions and dangerous past-times since 1999.

threesixty clients will be offered two service levels: a straightforward consultancy on a flat-fee basis, or a totally outsourced alternative whereby The Insurance Surgery will source an appropriate provider and deal with the administration of the case on a commission-split basis.

threesixty partner David Brattesani says: “We are pleased to be offering this additional service to our clients. The sourcing of appropriate cover in the special risks market is time consuming and something best delegated to experts in the sector.

The two-tier service will also offer clients the opportunity to maintain control of the case or, if they prefer, delegate management of the process to The Insurance Surgery.”

Insurance Surgery founder Paul Mellor says: “This is a natural extension of our existing services, which we have been delivering successfully for seven years. In the last year alone we have successfully placed cover in excess of £50m on a special risks basis. We are confident that threesixty’s clients will embrace the commercial benefits of engaging this service and we look forward to working with IFAs of their calibre.”
