Threadneedle switches manager on Latin America fund

Threadneedle has appointed Julian Thompson as manager of its Latin America fund following the departure of Katy Dobson.

Dobson has left following a restructure of the research responsibilities across the emerging markets and Asia equities teams.

Thompson, who is head of global emerging markets, takes on the role with immediate effect with Jules Mort continuing as deputy manager.
