Thinc Destini enters into Hips deal

Thinc Destini launches into a new home information pack deal with mysalepack.com.

The process is web based allowing sellers to complete a Hip online and offers an interest free “buy now, pay later” option.

Thinc Destini has teamed up with mysalepack.com in order for its sales force to have the opportunity to link up and develop relationships with estate agents. It will also help existing estate agent contacts cope with Hips when they come into force in 2007.

Thinc Destini executive deputy chairman David Collett says: “Introducing smaller estate agents to mysalepack.com could increase their profitability – many of them need additional income after ceasing to sell mortgage business since it became regulated by the FSA last October. Hips will allow Thinc Destini to agree more strategic alliances with estate agencies – which in turn should lead to more clients doing business with us.”
