Thinc Destini appoints Howard Flight

Thinc Destini has appointed former shadow chief secretary to the Treasury Howard Flight as non executive director.
Flight, who was also Special Envoy to the City of London and Tory deputy chairman before he was ousted by former leader Michael Howard, will become chairman of the groups remuneration committee. Flight is joint chairman of Investec Asset Management and director of a number of other companies.
Nick Kelly, formerly divisional managing director of the Tenet Group, also joins the company as group commercial director.
Kelly will primarily be responsible for the implementation of a range of projects focussing on productivity within the Thinc Destini network.
