The Timebank acquires paraplanning firm Paraplain

The Timebank has acquired paraplanning firm Paraplain for an undisclosed sum.

The outsourced paraplanning business will take control of Paraplain, with its founder James Eden joining The Timebank as business development manager.

Timebank director Damian Davies says: “It is great to see people like James building a business, and we are really excited to be serving his clients and welcoming him into our team.”

Eden adds: “I wanted to ensure that these clients had the best possible outcome, so the logical step was to build our relationships into the scale that a larger business could offer.  After careful consideration, The Timebank was the only viable option in terms of scalability, consistency, and efficiency.”

Support services firm Threesixty took a stake in The Timebank in 2012.
