The Queen opens FSA building

The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh officially opened the Financial Services Authority&#39s Canary Wharf headquarters today.

FSA chairman Howard Davies introduced the Queen to the three FSA managing directors Michael Foot, Phillip Thorpe and Richard Farrant.

FSA press officer Sarah Modlock, who managed the royal visit for the FSA, presented flowers to the Queen.
