The Platforum has launched a new guide on workplace savings platforms for employers.

An Update for Employers on Workplace Savings Platforms is made up of the consultancy firm’s latest research which includes employer and user feedback.

It gives details of the eight workplace platform providers and their 237 corporate platform customers.

The Platforum says there are around 260,000 employees with savings of workplace platforms.

The Platforum head of employer research Tina Harris says: “The number of corporate platforms has increased fourfold in 18 months. For some employers these platforms are simply a solution to issues around pensions and education and a means of future proofing.  Others remain committed to the concept of addressing their employees’ differing financial needs and extending their planning tools and savings options.”
