The Pensions Regulator appoints two new actuaries

Young recently retired from the Government’s Actuary Department while Wasserman was responsible for Aon Consulting’s Global Benefits Practice.

The Pensions Regulator head of regulatory policy and programmes Will Price says: “They both bring a huge range of experience on UK and international pensions issues and will be a critical part of the regulatory policy team, ensuring we deliver effective risk-based regulation across the full range of pensions issues from defined benefit to defined contribution, particularly as we approach 2012.”
