The Mortgage Operation


DISCOUNTED RATE MORTGAGE


Discounted term: Until June 1, 2000.


Discounted rate: 2 per cent.


Payable rate: 7.45 per cent.


Minimum loan: £25,001.


Maximum loan: Up to 100 per cent of valuation subject to a maximum of £100,000.


Income multiples: Three times principal income plus second or 2.5 times joint.


Arrangement fee: None.


Redemption fee: 5 per cent until December 1, 2002.


Conditions: None.


Introducer&#39s fee: For loans up to £25,000 – none, loans of £25,000 to £40,000 – £50 and loans of £40,000 plus – £200. If Royal Bank of Scotland&#39s accident, sickness and unemployment insurance is taken an additional £75 is payable.
