TFC appoints Julian Wells to drive marketing strategy

TFC Homeloans has appointed former Mortgages Plc head of marketing Julian Wells to lead its marketing strategy in 2008.

Wells has joined this week in a consulting capacity.

He says: “I am delighted to be on board. The team at TFC is working towards a vision that will see them take an unprecedented position in the intermediary mortgage market over the coming months and years. The culture here is very fast moving and dynamic and I’m enjoying that environment immensely.”

TFC managing director Andrew Brown adds: “Survival may be the buzzword in the packager/distributor sector in recent months but we are looking far beyond that towards growth and diversification of our business. The future is bright at TFC and we are delighted to have Julian on board. We have known him for many years and he has a track record of delivering high quality marketing activity.”

TFC’s business interests include two packaging companies, a mortgage broker, an estate agency, a commercial mortgage packager, and a packager technology platform.
