The £39m Sovereign ethical fund has underperformed by 11 per cent. Sales director Wendy Michie says the fund’s mandate is unlikely to be changed.

She says: “It is not something we have a concern for. If you look at December 2006, we were at the top. It is one of those funds that kind of bounces.”
