Type: Fixed-rate mortgage supporting the Government’s FirstBuy scheme

Fixed rate: 5.79%

Minimum loan: £20,000

Maximum loan: Up to 80% of valuation subject to no maximum

Income multiples: Based on affordability

Conditions: Capital repayments of up to 20% of the loan allowed without penalty in the fixed-rate period, £100 towards NUT subscription, available to teachers, education professionals and borrowers in BH or DT postal areas

Flexible features: Overpayments, payment holidays of up to six months a year after the first six months, interest calculated daily

Arrangement fee: £799

Redemption fee: 5% of the amount repaid in the first three years
