Teachers Assurance Company to re-mutualise


The Teachers Assurance Company has undergone a re-mutualisation to merge with sister company Teachers Provident Society.


The two companies are set to merge their life funds under the mutual banner of the friendly society. The move follows a vote by policyholders within the life company to reunite the two.
