Switching syndrome

I was very interested in Paul Beard’s problems in doing a switch within the Pru and then it taking a long time.

Strangely enough, I was at a function recently and was just saying to someone that while the Pru always seems to be able to collect money from other people, this particular situation always seems to floor them. It has happened to me more than once and now to Mr Beard so it looks like a serial difficulty.
