Swiss Life appoints technical director

Swiss Life has announced it is appointing Bob Cheesewright as its new technical manager.

Cheesewright will be promote Swiss Life&#39s interests by liasing with the regulator, government and industry trade associations.

He will also be responsible for helping to design and analyse the life office&#39s sales promotion, contract design and investigating and evaluating development opportunities.

His past includes considerable work on Government bodies such as the Human Genetics Advisory Commission, Cabinet Office, OFT and DSS. He has also spent time with committees in the ABI and Ilag.
