Swip reshuffles UK growth and financials managers

Scottish Widows Investment Partnership has switched the managers on its £1.6bn SW UK growth fund and £16m financial fund.

Swip has named Jeremy Charles, who it hired from Aviva UK Life in July, as the manager of the Scottish Widows UK growth fund.

He takes over from James Clunie, who currently manages the Swip absolute return UK equity fund.

The 40-year old Swip financial fund is now being managed by Michael Wasserman.

He takes over from Richard Dunbar who jointly heads the group’s new governance and sustainability team, alongside Anne Fraser and Craig Mackenzie.
