SWIP expands property research team

Scottish Widows Investment Partnership has appointed Dr. Ed Trevillion as head of property research.

Trevillion joins the five-strong team in Edinburgh from September leading research on the global property markets and will be responsible for expanding SWIP’s property research capabilities. He joins from GVA Grimley where he was head of research for Scotland.

SWIP head of property Malcolm Naish says: “We already have a strong and talented property research team at SWIP and I believe that the strength of our internal research already helps to set us apart in the market and enables us to make well-informed real estate decisions. The appointment of Ed will enable us to take our research capabilities further, and his skills and experience are an ideal fit for our international strategy.”
