All products except the 5-year 5.85% fixed first time buyer deal have a £199 reservation fee and  £800 product fee, all products except the Flexx 3-Year 4.49% fixed have a  4% early redemption charge, all products have free valuation up to £670, all products except the 5-year 5.85% fixed first-time buyer deal have  free remortgage transfer service
